[WSBARP] PR doesn't want to sell property

Hello Listserve,
Petition to probate filed April 2022, no creditor claims to speak of.  Basically only two assets, decedents 2013 Honda Civic which PR daughter has been driving for months with mother's permission prior to and subsequent to mother's death.  Other asset consists of a small two bedroom house in which PR has been living in with her adult son again with mother's knowledge and permission.  The property needs a lot of work and has a mortgage of approximately 50K.  Who ever buys the property may just tear it down, build.and then sell.  There are four heirs by right of representation: PR daughter, and three adult niece and nephews. Can't locate one heir somewhere in Texas, other heir in a Washington correctional facility and last heir is local.

My question: PR understood she would have to move when the property went on the market.  I recently received a call from the PR saying she does not want to sell the property because rentals are hard to find and very expensive.  PR is unemployed and has been on disability for some time so I don't think she is in any position to buy out the other heirs.  What are my options and/or any suggestions on how to proceed?  Thank you.
Regards,
Mario Ledesma
