[WSBARP] Snohomish County Housing Authority and inheritance

Peers-

Potential client qualifies for and receives benefits from the Housing Authority of Snohomish County. She stands to inherit a small bit of money—perhaps $40,000 at the most.  Does anyone know whether that would affect her HASCO eligibility and/or can point me to the governing regulations on eligibility?  The HASCO website speaks in terms of income, which an inheritance is not, but I can’t rely on a website summary.
