[WSBARP] Community property in LLC

Again I see that as a choice of law question.  Would Washington apply 
the law of the other state to how the entity should be structured, and 
if so, how would that other state view the ownership interest?  Would 
they consider it to be CP even in a non-CP state?  I have no idea on that.
