I would like referral or self referral to attorneys who do condo work in King county as I have client who stated he was told by King county planner that in a projects he is planning ( Cottages) if property is condoed they are going to require additional improvements like sidwalks etc.other wise they will revoke all building approvals. This seems contrary to statute that requires condo be treated no differently then identical projects under different form of ownership. Therefore I need referral in the event there is an issue and opinion as to outcome of litigationon that issue.
