[WSBARP] landlord tenant residential lease form

2nd request.  I looked at Rental Housing Association, but I only have need to assist clients with about one lease a year and the fee of $300 can’t be justified by my practice.  So can someone share a residential lease/ rental agreement form?

Use the leases from the Rental Housing Association of Washington. It's worth the price for membership if you are going to be advising clients LLT law.
