[WSBARP] Omitted Parcel/Conveyance Question

Greetings!

A client asked me to convey a piece of vacant real property. It is
currently titled in the name of a dissolved partnership.

My client formed a partnership with another party, the other party
ownership was held in a family trust. The Trust's successor trustee signed
the Partnership Agreement, and subsequently the Partnership Dissolution
Agreement. The Partnership Dissolution Agreement purported to convey all
real estate owned by the partnership to one of the partners (my client).
One parcel of real estate was inadvertently omitted from the Partnership
Dissolution Agreement and was not conveyed to my client.

I prepared an Amended Partnership Dissolution Agreement, then learned that
the successor trustee is now deceased. I am unable to locate a copy of the
Trust Agreement or determine who is the next successor trustee, if the
trust is still in existence. I believe the Trust was formed in Texas.

My question is whether I am overthinking this matter. Is there an easier
way to convey the omitted parcel of land from the now defunct partnership?
Thank you in advance.
