[WSBARP] HOA dues - Are any of these HOA fees deductible for IRS personal returns?

Thanks - I thought as much for Townhome since it was for common areas but since I am an owner of the golf course, I thought some of those  like taxes would be. Mike

I cannot imagine it, unless it's a rental and deductible as a business expense.
