[WSBARP] Heir Refuses to Disclose Address

Hi Listmates;



When an Heir refuses to disclose a mailing address (and you can’t otherwise
locate them), how do you affect service?  Is probate publication sufficient
or should you seek a separate order allowing for alternate service via
probate?
