Is there anyone who can talk to a potential client about:

The City of Seattle is still requiring vaccinations to be in any City building. There is a plan to be onsite 2 days a week and I have a WFH accommodation that is under review that allows me to WFH. This is changing and if I don't get the vaccination I can be terminated.

Is there any legal recourse I have in this situation? I've told my management that I am happy to return to the office, but I don't want the vaccination. They state it is a condition of employment, yet this was put into place in 2020.

Thank you.
Alexis
