RCW 59.18.150<http://app.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=59.18.150>(6) and (8) give you a good remedy. Just start noticing intent to enter on Saturdays and ding the tenant $100 each time he fails. Let those pile up a bit and take him to district court? You get attorney's fees and cost of suit too.
Practical tips: sternly worded letter to tenant citing the $100 per violation and attorney's fees and cost of suit might get compliance. But also bear in mind you would like the tenant not to trash the place. I usually advise clients to prep it for listing after the tenant vacates.

Subject: [WSBARP] Tenant refusing to allow realtor to show property

HC Landlord wants to sell his rental house.  90 Day Notice of Intent to sell has been served.  Tenant refuses to allow pictures of the inside of the property to be taken for the sales listing.  Additionally, Tenant is now stating that he will not allow realtor to show the property on Saturdays or evenings.  How can we get the tenant to comply?

All advice would be appreciated.
