[WSBARP] Supplemental Proceedings

When I last handled a supplemental proceedings in King County about a year
ago, the debtor had an attorney so the attorney just emailed me all of the
documents before the telephonic conference. The Order for Supplemental
Proceedings should have the language mandating that the debtor must bring
certain documents. So a separate subpoena is not needed. If there is no
attorney for the debtor and they appear for the teleconference without
sending any documents to you, I would request that the judge continue the
conference to give them enough time to either email them or mail them to
you.
