[WSBARP] Supplemental Proceedings

We need to conduct a supplemental proceeding in King County.  My legal assistant has been told by the Civil Chief Judge's bailiff that these proceedings are being done as a teleconference.  How does one mandate the provision of the financial documents with telephonic appearances?  Some form of subpoena duces tecum?  Your assistance would be appreciated.
