[WSBARP] Correcting Error In Legal Description

I would want C to sign on to a corrected Agreement, since any problems in the Agreement as currently recorded might create a challenge for A and B later on if C contests any portion of the Agreement and enforceability of its terms against C.

Subject: [WSBARP] Correcting Error In Legal Description

Mates,

A owns Lots 1, 2 and 3. B owns lots 4, 5 and 6. A and B entered into a Shared Domestic and Irrigation Water Agreement. The legal descriptions are correct on the cover page but the legal descriptions for Lots 1 and 2 are incorrect on a subsequent page when it is recorded.

A sells Lot 3 to C. Subsequently, the error in the legal is discovered. Must A, B and C all execute a corrected Agreement or is it sufficient for the original parties, A and B, to execute and record a corrected Agreement to correct the error in the legal descriptions to the two Lots that A still owns?

Thanks.

Sam
