a subsequent page when it is recorded. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">A sells Lot 3 to C. Subsequently, the error in the legal is discovered. Must A, B and C all execute a corrected Agreement or is it sufficient for the original parties, A and B, to execute and record a corrected Agreement to correct the
