[WSBARP] 3 Guys Walk Into a Restaurant Blindfolded--Potential Client

Hello, Listmates.

A PNC and two other people opened a restaurant in Snohomish County. They all put money in, about 55K each. But as they made their plans, they put nothing in writing. Didn't think about a lot of issues. The PNC had run restaurants before, and they did everything in his name-lease, liquor license, etc.
It fell apart after a couple of months-too many partners in the kitchen. The other two parties lawyered up, shut him out of the business, and now he's at a loss what to do.
He needs someone familiar with this kind of legal fight to help him get out of it. One fight might be based on litigating over an informal partnership, another fight might be about him being shut out of a property he is the leaseholder on.
Based on his call, he seems realistic about what is possible. He has to cut his losses and liabilities, I warned him it is not always cheap to do so.
Any referrals are welcome.
Thanks.

Best Regards,

Dave Culbertson
