[WSBARP] Making JTWROS work

Separation of powers? Admin wants a Deed, Legislature says JTWRS , Courts say order. I think what happens most of the time is that the Title Co will insure it without trying to get them to do something they do not want to do. Just my 2 cents

Listmates:



In 2013, Mom (M) & Dad (D) quit claimed to M, D, and Daughter as JTWROS a condominium in in Snohomish County.  D dies in 2019 with M passing in 2021.  In each case, Death Certificates were recorded with reference to the QCD.  Snohomish County is now refusing to remove M & D names saying we need to record a Deed.  What should be done to correct this egregious abuse of authority and unlawful practice of law without a license?
