[WSBARP] Evicting Squatter - is ERPP Notice Required

Is this Seattle? Some cities are requiring a LL to accept a "family member"
(any romantic relationship usually is included in that definition) without
that tenant being on the lease agreement or even getting permission from
the LL. So, this would depend. If it's not one of those crazy places, then,
yes this is the correct way to handle it with the exception that a 10 day
to comply or vacate to remove the unauthorized occupant is usually also
served on the named tenant.
