[WSBARP] PC Seeks Attorney to Address Wetlands Biologist Issue

Dear Real Property Listserv:



PC is seeking an attorney to handle issue with the Wetlands Biologist she
hired to perform initial wetlands reconnaissance and a formal wetlands
study for an undeveloped residential parcel of land in Thurston County, WA.



PC says she purchased the parcel of land earlier this year after the
Wetlands Biologist confirmed that there was nearly 1 acre of buildable area
thereon.  PC says that the Wetlands Biologist is now applying different
criteria and analysis to the parcel of land she purchased, which has
resulted in there no longer being a buildable area.
