[WSBARP] Construction Contract Dispute Referral

Hello all,

A Seattle custom home builder is in a dispute with a homeowner client, and
it appears headed toward arbitration, as would be required by the
construction agreement.

Based on my pre-litigation work on behalf of the builder, my opinion is
that the homeowner has a very weak case, if any.  I can't take on the
arbitration work at this time.  Anyone else interested?
