Your grantor clause into your RLT should reflect the grantee clause name on your vesting deed, but in your grantor clause to the RLT, you should also state that the grantor, Larry is aka Lorenso.  Additionally, your grantor clause on the deed to the RLT should recite the language from the WAC stating this is a transfer of an owner into a revocable trust, which is exempt under WAC 458-61A-211(2)(g).  Your excise tax affidavit should reflect the same grantor clause, Larry aka Lorenso, and restate your exemption WAC.



The above steps should do the trick.

Escrow is blamed for putting "Larry" on Deed when purchased instead of "Lorenso" which is legal name. how to get Recorder/State REET to accept its the same person and not reject QCD to RLT with no tax? Thanks
