state that the grantor, Larry is aka Lorenso. Additionally, your grantor clause on the deed to the RLT should recite the language from the WAC stating this is a transfer of an owner into a revocable trust, which is exempt under WAC 458-61A-211(2)(g). Your
excise tax affidavit should reflect the same grantor clause, Larry aka Lorenso, and restate your exemption WAC.</span></a></p>
