[WSBARP] CPA recording

Good morning, recently there was a discussion on recording the CPA and King Co saying it does not transfer title - is there a way to look at that thread or would anyone like to opine as to the following: Parties living in King with CPA, Surviving spouse selling property in Kittitas Co. Is it the process to record the CPA with an affidavit here in King ) and inform escrow in Kittitas the recording number?  Or record in Kittitas with sale ?  If here, is there any suggestions or changes on how to do the recording here in King? Thanks Mike
