[WSBARP] California Trust in Washington

RLTs are essential in CA. My philosophy on imported or already established RLT’s is why undo them? The cost is already incurred. 

Yes. Just amend the revocable trust to ALLOW a situs change. Situs is just a factual matter. It is changed once the location of administration is changed. And yes. Change tge choice of law (unless there’s a very good reason not to or you are licenses in CA). I’ve never felt I could advise on a trust governed by the law of a stare I’m not licensed in. I do it in very limited circumstances.
