Did anyone respond to Britt Donoho’s question about whether the new landlord tenant statute limits the amount of rent increase a landlord can make?

In line with this – is their a limit on the rent increase? I was under the impression that there was something in the new laws that limited the rent increase (to 1/3 or something). I don’t see that in 59.18.140.

Assuming that Bellevue has not passed any additional landlord/tenant protections outside what the state allows, then RCW 59.18 requires 60 days' notice for rent increases.

Landlord Tenant Gurus,

Are there any current restrictions on raising the rent on a month-to-month residential tenant? Property is located in Bellevue. If permitted, how much notice is required? Thanks in advance!
