[WSBARP] Referral sought

Listmates,
PC is seeking assistance in Jefferson County. PC has recently learned that
their father's probate is still open, despite father's having died over ten
years ago. A house that is part of the estate is going into foreclosure on
Friday, 10/22, for non-payment of taxes. The executor was supposed to have
been giving her annual reports all this time. I wouldn’t know where to
start with this, especially on this kind of timeline. Is anyone available
to speak to PC?
