[WSBARP] Non judicial trustee's sales

Can anyone give me a ballpark estimate on the cost to do a nonjudicial trustee's sale these days?
Perhaps we can assume that nothing goes wrong, about how much should the poor beneficiary expect to pay?
I would appreciate any estimates, no matter how rough they be.
