[WSBARP] Ejectment Action and Governor's Proclamation 20-19.6

I know the moratorium is, theoretically, over.  However, at least in Clallam
County, the judges try to fit any residential situation into the new UD laws
with the mediation requirements and court appointed lawyers for the indigent
tenants.  

 

The situation client is facing is he allowed an acquaintance, who was going
through a personal problem, to live on his property until that person was
over their problem.  No rent, utilities, or other costs were charged.  There
is no lease.  As you can guess, the personal problem is over but the
acquaintance will not leave.  I see no alternative but to do an ejectment
action.  Am I missing something?
