[WSBARP] Unlawful Detainer - Seven Day Notice - Exempt RCW 59.18.620(7) - Licensed Transient Accommodation RCW 70.62.210

I haven't used this yet. It's a part of the law that I find particularly
confusing and poorly drafted. I would love to hear how this goes.
