Anyone successfully conduct an unlawful detainer action where the landlord
is a licensed transient accommodation. When I look at the statute
59.18.620(7) and most recent proclamation (21-09.01) clearly exempt and can
be evicted on a seven day notice. Assume Sheriff won't touch anything was
they have a writ in hand.

At the show cause hearing the tenant advocate and I cut written settlement
agreement which was very good to vacate next month. Tenant then got greedy
refusing to sign after getting all spun up by the head of the local tenant
advocacy group. Now going to hearing.
