[WSBARP] Personal Representative Fee

I am not an accountant, but I’ve always assumed that personal representatives should technically be claiming their PR fees as self-employment income, and paying self-employment tax on it, which further supports a higher rate.

Starting wage at Dick’s Drive In in Seattle is $19/hour + childcare assistance + health and dental insurance.  A Deluxe is still $4.35.

25 for mundane work is more reasonable.  Minimum wage in king county and soon to be everywhere is $15.  Starters at some big companies is 17 or 18.

I agree with Kary. I have been recommending $25 - $50 for fiduciary time, and maybe $15 for things like cleaning out the garage for a very long time. I’ve been thinking in King County I need to significantly raise that, especially giving current inflationary trends.
