Thoughts on continuing a filed eviction for non-payment of rent filed in
mid Feb 2020 where the original show cause date unfortunately fell after
commencement of the eviction moratorium?

Tenant refuses to discuss payment plans and offers for repayment plans. Now
several years in arrears.

Re-note for hearing and give notice to the Defendant and Spokane ERP and
DRCs?

Dismiss and go through the HB 1236 mediation process?

Other options?
