[WSBARP] Looking to Refer PC on Condo Issues

PC in South King County  looking for an atty to represent her and perhaps several others with regard to defects in condo and management failure to retain competent repair company. Significant damage for which there has been an assessment of $25,000 per unit and problem not close to being solved. May involve failure to disclose on the buy side, but more so issues regarding improper repairs and management hiring incompetent repair (plumbing) company.  Muliti unit condo with more than 50 units, a lot of which may be involved. Please email me if you are interested and I will pass on to PC.
