That's position I have been taking that conversion  provisions doesn't apply unless units are attached (more than two so duplexes are exempt) so I have done conversions where there are 3 to 4 single family residences on the parcel and did an airspace unit for each of them and the language of RCW 64.90 exempts them from conversion provisions

They have acknowledged that a 2 unit ADU " conversion" is not a conversion under 64.90.

If the condo conversion doesn't meet the definition of a conversion under RCW 64.90 how are you applying the Seattle condo conversion ordinance which still refers to RCW 64.34?

We have been handling 2-4 of these a week for almost a year now. We have a streamlined process in place to address the various unique site and legal issues, particularly in Seattle where water/sewer/refuse must be shared due to SPU requirements.  Happy to assist.
