[WSBARP] Bainbridge Island shoreline permitting

I need a referral for some longtime clients of mine who are having issues with City of Bainbridge Island regarding permitting for building a new house and some ancillary exterior/landscaping structures. Has to do with shoreline and I think some steep slope/bluff critical area mitigation requirements.

Anyone have a good referral for a lawyer?

Also, any possible referral to a contractor, architect, or permit specialist non-lawyer who knows the COBI bureaucracy and can help them navigate?
