[WSBARP] Commercial Property Management Contracts construction management

Dear Listmates, I have a client who has a small professional office building and is looking to hire a property manager.  The manager’s standard contract provides for a five percent fee to manage construction such as tenant improvements and 7.5% to manage insurance related construction for repairs.  Does anyone know if these rates are usual in the industry?  Thank you.  Yours truly, Doug Owens
