Seeking, for client, a surveyor for properties in Spokane-

One piece ~160 acres raw land;

second project... identifying/clarifying legal descriptions for two parcels sold/deeded together but that are, and always have been intended to be, separate parcels.
Yes- title will be part of the mix... but shorter term... there were shenanigans that need to be unwound.

I know these are busy times in the surveying world--  client needs to get on someone's list.
