[WSBARP] Referral : Bankruptcy Atty for Ch 11 reorganization of business debt

All: Need referral - client states:
"I'm looking for a bankruptcy Attorney to advise on how to file a chapter 11 or do a bankruptcy out right. My issue is, I have one Vendor that I now owe $139k to that I can not pay back right now, I fell in to the hard time because they like some of my other vendor could not deliver need product under 45 day over the last yr. and it became too hard to pay the bills i.e. rent and employee when I could not get product in a timely manner to sell and make money. Looking for an attorney in the Seattle area or around. The vendor is out of Florida but is now global. In closing I have multiple accounts with this vendor that I'm in good standing with as I pay as I go by CC.
Any help you may be able to provide would be greatly appreciated.
