[WSBARP] Washington intestate probate with foreign beneficiaries

I have one a few years ago with a resident of the Philippines.  It worked out just fine.  We did a lot of communication by email.
I have one now with people in Korea and everything is by email.  Had a trial with Chinese witnesses and it was 2 a.m. for them when we were in trial and used Skype which was great.

Dear listmates, does anyone have experience with establishing heirship of people who live in other countries for a Washington intestate probate?  My client is PR of an intestate estate and some of the heirs are believed to live in the Philippines.  I would like to learn the best way to handle administering the estate under these conditions.
