[WSBARP] Washington intestate probate with foreign beneficiaries

Dear listmates, does anyone have experience with establishing heirship of people who live in other countries for a Washington intestate probate?  My client is PR of an intestate estate and some of the heirs are believed to live in the Philippines.  I would like to learn the best way to handle administering the estate under these conditions.
