Yes if a private mortgage or deed of trust but after foreclosure may have difficulty getting eviction if moratorium still in effect as it applies to residents not just tenants

Listmates,

Perhaps this question is old news but does anyone know if the Moratorium on Evictions applies to Foreclosures. I have a client who, several years back, sold a single family home on a promissory note and deed of trust. The purchaser has been in default for some time and is no longer making any payments. Can we foreclose on the property under the current Moratorium?
