[WSBARP] Heir of estate on Medicaid

Medicaid gurus:
I have a probate matter with beneficiaries on SSI / Medicaid, with no SNT in the Will.  Mom died, basic 4 page Will leaves everything equally to 7 children.  Each heir is set to receive about $50k.  I think all of them are over age 65.
One is in skilled nursing in Spokane on Medicaid, another is on SSI (was living with mom in the house that just sold).
Is there any way to protect their inheritance without disqualifying them for benefits?  I’ve heard of petitioning the Court (King County) to create a SNT for the heirs, but have never done so myself.  Would love to have someone associate or guide me through what may be possible on this case.
