One is in skilled nursing in Spokane on Medicaid, another is on SSI (was living with mom in the house that just sold).<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">

Is there any way to protect their inheritance without disqualifying them for benefits?<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">
</span>I’ve heard of petitioning the Court (King County) to create a SNT for the heirs, but have never done so myself.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">
</span>Would love to have someone associate or guide me through what may be possible on this case.<o:p> </o:p></p>
