[WSBARP] 60 day notice of sale.

Listmates,  I have a client that wants to sell his triplex.  He wants to give the tenants a 60 day notice to vacate based on an affidavit of sale.   I do not see any prohibition on this under the language of the moratorium as it does not state that it applies only to single family stand alone units.  I have a feeling that the AG would frown on this eviction but I don't see anything from preventing the owner for proceeding.  This is not a Seattle or King County property.  Thoughts??
