Watching some of the comments, it seems some of us are emerging from a time warp. The hammer is about to fall on the RLTA legislation.

Whether one generally feels aligned with tenants or property owners, the bills collectively are bad for everyone. They are also intended to put even more millions of dollars into a single advocacy source whose creed is to scorch earth rather than find common ground.

Show hands please if you would like us to hold another pop up Zoom meeting for sections members on this topic. The sessions earlier this year were very lively, but now it's time for people to act.
