[WSBARP] Irrevocable Trust

Would anyone be willing to share with me a usable format of an Irrevocable
Trust that is from the Grandparents for the benefit of a Grandson.  The
idea is to provide for his "health, welfare and education".  I realize that
there are many variables to work through with my client.  However, a good
model would be very much appreciated.

I don't need a format specifically for a grandparent to grandson.  Parent
to son will work.  I can make the adjustments.
