[WSBARP] Escrow sale of Marijuana business

Listmates,  We have a real estate agent requesting escrow services for the sale of a Marijuana business. This is not something we have done before and we are leary. Anyone we can refer this to that is familiar with these transactions.  Any cautionary advice if they can't find anyone? Thanks, Craig
