[WSBARP] Never Satisfied New Home Buyer

I write contracts for home builders and some of the
standard language consists of provisions dealing with who the homeowner can
deal with, they are not allowed on the jobsite except at certain times,
procedures for inquiries, etc. The language is tailored to fit the
particular circumstances with an emphasis on allowing the builder to do
their work rather than to constantly deal with the homeowner concerns.
Perhaps an addendum to the contract could be written.
