[WSBARP] Referral - Leaking Pipes/ Property Manager Litigation

Listmates:  PC owns a business whose condo property was flooded out by HOA pipes.  Property manager had plenty of notice and opportunity to fix the pipes before major damage occurred but did nothing or took ineffective actions.  PC would like to see if property manager can be held negligent (or some other theory.)  Property in Island County (hey lunch at Toby's on the Coupeville waterfront!).
