[WSBARP] Seeking AZ attorney for TODD

Hello listmates,

I am working with a Washington resident estate planning client who owns real estate in Arizona.  I would like to refer her to an Arizona attorney for preparation and recording of a beneficiary deed (TODD analog) there.  Who do you recommend?
