I recommend serving as many copies of the notice as there are tenants. The recipient of service still needs to be a resident of the property of suitable age, etc. Name at least one resident and then John and Jane Does 1-10 (or something like that).

Subject: [WSBARP] Serving Tenants in One House

Listmates:

An adult child, acting as Agent for parents, "leased" out several rooms in parents home to provide in home care. Every tenant signed a separate lease for their room. Parents need to move to a facility. Agent will sell house. The question is, do I need to serve each tenant with a 90 day notice, or is serving the caregiver who answers the door enough? Reading the new RCW, which contains the new amendments, is not very helpful.
